How do I delete a hosting account?
If any of your customers no longer want to use a hosting account, you can delete them. This will allow room for a new hosting account.
Important
If you only want that client to have access to the hosting account, you can choose to block the hosting account.
Removing a hosting account can't be undone. Therefore, it's important that you're sure to delete the hosting account and delete the correct hosting account.
Steps
Step 1. Log in to WHM.
Step 2. In the left menu, under 'Account Functions', click 'Terminate an Account'.
Step 3. Select the domain or username of which you want to delete the hosting account.
Step 4. If you're sure you've selected the correct account, click 'Terminate'. You will be notified if you are sure. Confirm the notification to delete the hosting account.
