How do I request my transfer code?
To transferyour domain name, you need the transfercode. You can request this through 'My Account' on our website.

Steps
Step 1. Log in to the customer panel.
Step 2. In the left menu, click on 'Domains & Webhosting' and click the pencil next tothe domain name you want to move.
Step 3. You will now see the overview of the domain name. Under 'Transfer code', click 'Send by email' to request the transfercode. If you have already requested the transfercode, click 'Send again by email'.
Step 4. The transfercode will be sent to the email address of the account you used to register an account with us.
